At Hay & Hide Café, we pride ourselves on serving high-quality coffee, freshly made sandwiches, and house-baked pastries, all delivered with exceptional customer service. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and productive Café All-Rounder to join our permanent part-time team.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare sandwiches consistently by following standardised recipes.
Toast sandwiches and assist with preparing and baking café products.
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and qualified attitude.
Take customer orders accurately using the ABACUS POS system.
Preparing cold drinks and assisting barista making shots for morning coffee rush.
Process payments efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, organised,
and hygienic work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A minimum of 6 months’ café or hospitality experience in Australia (essential).
A reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude.
A positive work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
The ability to work efficiently
