Stoa is looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, takes pride in the quality of every coffee they make, and thrives in a quick-paced setting.
High-quality latte art is an absolute must for this role. We pride ourselves on consistency and presentation, and we’re looking for a barista who can confidently produce beautiful, high-quality coffee even during busy service.
About the role
This is an all-rounder position, so while coffee will be a major part of your role, you’ll also be expected to jump in across the venue when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Producing consistently high-quality coffee.
Creating high-quality latte art on every suitable coffee.
Dialling in and adjusting grinders throughout the day.
Maintaining coffee quality during high-volume service.
Providing warm, genuine and efficient customer service.
Taking orders and processing payments.
Running food and drinks.
Clearing and resetting tables.
Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Keeping the coffee station and venue clean, stocked and organised.
Supporting the wider team during busy periods.

Has strong previous barista experience.
Can confidently demonstrate high-quality latte art.
Is comfortable working in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Takes pride in presentation and consistency.
Is reliable, punctual and proactive.
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Is a genuine team player and willing to help wherever needed.
Can work independently and use initiative.
Has weekend availability.
