Junior Showroom / Administration Assistant
Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: Noosaville, QLD
Are you a people person with an eye for design and a passion for great customer service? We are looking for the face of our company to manage our up-to-date showroom and assist clients as they begin their journey with us.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome & Assist: Greet retail clients and builders entering the showroom, guiding them through our product ranges (blinds, shutters, awnings, and security screens).
Inbound Enquiries: Answer incoming phone calls and email enquiries, providing basic product information and capturing accurate lead details.
Lead Management:
Enter new client data into our CRM system and assign leads to our sales team.
Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom presentation immaculate, organised, and up to date with current fabric samples and brochures.
Admin Support: Assist the broader team with general administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
A warm, friendly, and professional presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and confidence using computers (MS Office, CRM systems).
Previous experience in retail, reception, or a design-related showroom is highly regarded but not essential—attitude is everything!
