Supporting clients with mobility-related activities, including transferring, walking, repositioning, and the protected use of mobility aids to enhance their physical comfort and accessibility.
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and refreshments in accordance with individual dietary requirements, preferences, and health considerations.
Organising and facilitating social, recreational, and community-based activities designed to encourage social interaction, engagement, and overall quality of life.
Performing general household duties, including vacuuming, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected, hygienic, and comfortable living workplace for clients.




Assisting clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene while preserving dignity and respect at all times.
Providing companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction to promote clients' mental wellbeing, reduce feelings of isolation, and foster positive relationships.
Assisting with shopping, collecting prescriptions, attending appointments, and carrying out other errands to support clients in meeting their daily living needs.
Where required, residing with the client or providing extended in-home support to ensure continuous care, supervision, and assistance tailored to the individual's circumstances.
