Melt House is a new food trailer opening in Ballina, serving smash burgers and loaded fries from our beachside location.

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly person to join the team. The role will involve food preparation, cooking, assembling orders, customer service, cleaning and general day-to-day operation of the trailer.

About the role:
Tuesday–Friday work
Flexible days and hours available depending on your availability and preferences
Regular ongoing work
Permanent part time or casual arrangements available
Located in Ballina
Hospitality experience preferred but not essential

We’re a small team, so we’re looking for someone reliable, easy to work with and comfortable in a quick-paced workplace.

Melt House is a brand-new business with plans to grow, so there’s plenty of opportunity for the right person to grow with the business and take on more responsibility over time.
