Registered Nurse – Complex Care
Location: Brighton, VIC 3186

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialised clinical support for a client living with quadriplegia. This is a mix of in office work and off-site support, offering 10 hours of work per month.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-intensity care assessments and develop individualised care plans
Provide clinical training and face-to-face support to support staff
Oversee catheter changes and medication management, including ongoing monitoring
Review and sign off on support worker documentation, assessments, and care charts
Conduct regular reviews of support plans and clinical records

About You:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
First aid and CPR certification
Valid working with children check




Valid police check
Experience working clients with complex care is highly regarded
Confident, calm, and detail-oriented approach to complex clinical care
Robust communication and training skills to support and upskill care staff

Given the complexity of this client's needs, preference will be given to nurses with demonstrated experience in high-intensity care.

Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
