About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar and Service Staff to run our Penrith venue. This role is ideal for motivated person who thrives in a fast‑paced workplace and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
Providing attentive bar and food service
Perform general cleaning duties as required
Poker machine maintenance and drink service
Handle cash transactions accurately
Address and resolve inquiries on the floor

What We’re Looking For
Must have current RSA
Excellent communicator & team player
Gaming Attendant experience preferred




Thrives on providing exceptional customer service to all customers
Sound competency in the end-to-end sequence of service
evening availability is required, plus ability to work weekends
Knowledge of food safety standards and liquor licensing requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to support broader business goals across multiple venues

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Experience:
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR: 3 years (Preferred)
