The Role
We are currently seeking an energetic and well-presented Visual Merchandiser based in South Brisbane to support our expanding client portfolio. This casual role will commence at approximately 12 hours per Week, with the prospect for growth.

As a Visual Merchandiser at Mon + Co, you will be responsible for executing high-quality visual merchandising standards across multiple retail locations, ensuring each space reflects the client’s brand vision while delivering a premium customer experience.

Skills & Experience
A genuine passion for retail and visual merchandising
Strong creative flair with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively




Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident liaising with store teams, management, and clients
Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting systems
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Flexibility to travel between multiple locations in one day
Physically capable of moving fixtures, stock, and VM equipment
