About the Role

Care Tribe Services is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist a client in Bentleigh VIC. The role involves providing meal preparation and medication assistance in the client's home while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
Meal preparation
Medication assistance/prompting (as per training and organisational policies)
Provide respectful and qualified in-home support
Maintain accurate service records

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability or equivalent) OR a recognised Medication Administration/Medication Competency Certificate




Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
National Police Check
Working with Children Check (if applicable)
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Right to work in Australia
