The Opportunity

As Store Leader, you’ll take ownership of our Coffs Harbour store, leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build a high-performing team, and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role in a quick-paced, high-volume environment for someone who loves developing people.

What you’ll do:
Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service
Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training
Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising
Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets




Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally
