Be confident operating a commercial coffee machine and adjusting grinders
Have positive latte art skills
Be able to work independently and handle approximately 5kg of coffee beans per day
Be hardworking, reliable and efficient in a busy environment
Have a positive attitude and robust work ethic
Experience with preparing matcha drinks is highly regarded
