Flomar Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support the company’s growing digital operations, compliance systems and project delivery requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing business systems, improving digital workflows and supporting the organisation’s ongoing technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing and optimising business systems including HammerTech, Felix, Aconex, SAP Ariba, Beakon, OneDrive and SharePoint.

· Analysing and improving business processes through automation, standardisation and digital optimisation.

· Coordinating between operational teams, management and external IT providers to ensure systems meet business needs.

· Managing onboarding, workforce compliance, digital records and document control across multiple projects.

· Developing reports, dashboards, procedures and training materials to support operational efficiency.

· Providing user support, maintaining data integrity, coordinating system implementations and assisting with audits and compliance requirements.





· Advising management on technology improvements and contributing to the company’s digital transformation strategy.

About You

· Minimum relevant degree (ICT, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar).

· At least 1 year of experience in a similar ICT Business Analyst or digital systems role.

· Solid understanding of workflow optimisation, system requirements and digital compliance platforms.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.

· High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability.

· Experience with construction-related digital platforms (preferred but not essential).
