What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store
Lead by example and help motivate, coach, and develop the store team
Assist with achieving sales targets, budgets, and operational KPI’s
Ensure high standards of merchandising, stock processing, and store presentation
Help maintain a safe, positive, and compliant setting for customers and team members
Respond to customer feedback and escalations when required
Assume Store Manager responsibilities when delegated

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience in retail leadership (Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar)
Strong communication and people leadership skills
Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
Confidence in coaching and supporting team members
Energy, resilience, and a customer-first mindset
