About The Role

Location: Ashwood, VIC
Roster: Mon, Tue, Wed & Sat: 7:00am - 2:00pm

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Catering Assistant to join our team in Ashwood. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
Assist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service
Restock supplies before, during, and after service periods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties
Set tables and assist with plating and meal distribution

Skills and Experiences:
About You




Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
Experience in contract catering or aged care (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team workplace
Professional presentation and positive work ethic

Requirements: Current flu vaccination and National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
