Qualifications For Registered Migration Agent:
Have at least 2 years experience in related field
Must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) or has a license to practice Law in Australia
Must have experience in 407, 482, 494, 186, 189 visa subclass
Have done different types of visa such as as skilled migration, employer sponsor, family visa, training visa, etc
Advise clients on their visa options and eligibility
Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients
Communicate with the Department of Home Affairs on clients' behalf
Assist with visa appeals or reviews if an application is refused
We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office where clients often visit.
