Roundwood Civil is currently seeking experienced Dogmen for ongoing work with leading civil construction contractors across Melbourne's western suburbs.

About the Role
As a Dogman, you will be responsible for:
Directing crane operations and communicating with crane operators
Ensuring all lifting operations are carried out safely
Working closely with crane crews, supervisors and site teams
Following all site safety procedures and project requirements
Essential Requirements
Current High Risk Work Dogging (DG) Licence
Construction White Card
Previous experience working as a Dogman on civil or commercial construction projects
Solid understanding of protected lifting practices
Reliable transport
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Highly Regarded
Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Rigging Licence (RB, RI or RA)
Working at Heights
Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
Telehandler ticket
Electrical Spotter Licence
Civil construction experience
Other high-risk work licences
