Role Overview

The On the Night Content Creator is responsible for capturing and publishing real-time Instagram Stories throughout the event. Their role is to showcase the atmosphere as it unfolds, encourage last-minute attendance where relevant, and create engaging content that keeps the audience connected to the event live.

This is a rapid-paced role that requires strong awareness of key moments, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the brand's visual style and tone.

Responsibilities
Capture high-quality vertical photo and video content throughout the event.
Publish Instagram Stories consistently from doors open until the event concludes.
Highlight key moments as they happen, including:
Venue atmosphere
Crowd energy
DJ performances
Live musicians and performers
Bottle service presentations
VIP experiences
Special effects and production
Branding and signage
Sponsor activations (where applicable)
Ensure stories are well-framed, secure, and visually appealing.
Tag artists, venues, sponsors, and collaborators where required.
Follow the event's content schedule and marketing priorities.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers,



and the marketing team to avoid duplication and maximise coverage.

Deliverables

Throughout the event, maintain an active Instagram Story with approximately:
20–40 Story uploads across the event.
A balance of videos and photos.
Coverage of all major performances and headline moments.
Consistent posting from the beginning of the event until close.

Requirements
Experience creating engaging Instagram Story content.
Robust understanding of current social media trends.
Ability to work independently in busy event environments.
Confident filming in low-light nightclub and live event settings.
Reliable smartphone capable of capturing high-quality content.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Success Criteria

A successful Content Creator will:
Keep the Instagram Story active and engaging throughout the entire event.
Capture every key moment without disrupting the guest experience.
Maintain content quality that aligns with the Artisia Events brand.
Deliver consistent coverage that encourages engagement and showcases the event in real time.

Pay: $300.00 per day
