About the Role

As a Wellness Personal Support Worker within the Lifestyle team, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Supporting mobility and safe transfers
Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
Maintaining accurate documentation
Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
Deliver a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to the residents' interests, abilities,



and preferences as directed by the Lifestyle Coordinator
Promote and encourage our clients to actively participate in leisure activities of interest to them

What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Cert IV Leisure & Health (Preferred, not essential)
Experience in conducting Activities in residential Aged Care
Passion for aged care and helping others
Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player
Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude
