We are seeking for an NDIS Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach to join our team as a contractor.

In this role you will assist your clients in navigating the NDIS landscape to build capacity and achieve the goals they set out for themselves.

As an SC/PRC your responsibilities will include:

Supporting participants to understand their NDIS plans and exercise choice and control.

Monitor plan budgets and assist with service agreements

Collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen participant networks and resilience.

Build robust relationships with participants and families

Liaise with service providers, LACs, and the NDIA

Assisting with plan reviews, reports, and achieving measurable outcomes.

Requirements:





ABN or willingness to obtain

Qualified Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.

Relevant qualifications (Cert IV or above in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work or similar)

Full Australian working rights.

Driver's Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.

100 points of ID.

Successful candidate will have to obtain the following:

Working with Children Check.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

National Police Check

Infection Control Certificate.

Pay: $50.00 – $114.00 per hour
