A Guest Experience Manager oversees all aspects of the guest journey to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. They lead guest service teams, resolve customer concerns, implement service improvement initiatives, and maintain high hospitality standards to enhance the hotel's reputation and guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay.
Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.




Supervise front office and guest relations staff.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Train and mentor team members on hospitality standards and customer service.
Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand requirements.
Prepare operational reports and analyze guest satisfaction metrics.

Pay: From $8,500.00 per month
