About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our production team. This role focuses on morning bake, bread dough mixing, shaping, and preparing a range of products including breads, sweet loaves, scrolls, and buns.
No lamination experience is required — this is not a junior role. We are seeking someone who is confident, reliable, and consistent in high-volume, quality-focused bakery production.

Key Responsibilities
Begin shifts at 4:00 AM and manage the morning bake to ensure bread and baked goods are ready for store opening.
Mix, scale, shape, and bake sourdough, baguettes, focaccia, and other bread varieties.
Prepare and bake sweet breads and scrolls, following established recipes and methods.
Maintain dough quality through correct fermentation, shaping technique, and baking times.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards are always met.




Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following food safety and WHS standards.
Work collaboratively with the production team to support daily output and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a bakery environment working with bread dough (not entry-level).
Solid understanding of fermentation, shaping, and baking processes.
Ability to work efficiently during early mornings and in a fast-paced workplace.
Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
