Vertue Coffee Roasters Port Melbourne are looking for a capable, self-managed barista to champion front of house.

The Job:

Solo shift barista / all rounder in our front-of-roastery café. You'll be the one holding it down — opening up, dialling in, serving outstanding coffee, and keeping things running smoothly on your own.

The Hours:

Tuesday-Saturday — mornings only.
Tues- Fri: 6:30am – 12:00pm
Saturday: 7:30am – 1:00pm

Afternoons off? Yep.

What do I need to get the job?

We're looking for a self-managed, motivated barista who's comfortable flying solo. It's just you, your tunes, and a outstanding bunch of regulars — so confidence behind the machine and a natural way with customers is a must.

You're representing a coffee roaster, so a genuine love for coffee goes a long way.



Knowledge helps, but if you've got the passion for the bean, we can help with the rest.
