Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Male Personal Care Support Worker to assist a male aged care client in Constitution Hill, NSW. The role involves providing respectful and skilled personal care support, primarily assisting the client with showering and personal hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the client with personal care and showering
Provide respectful and dignified support during care routines
Ensure the client’s comfort and safety at all times
Follow care plans and organisational guidelines
Report any concerns or changes in the client’s wellbeing

Requirements:
Male support worker (client preference for personal care)
Experience providing personal care and shower assistance
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
Arabic-speaking preferred, but not essential
Current Police Check




Working With Children Check (if applicable) or willingness to obtain
First Aid & CPR certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid ABN or employment eligibility
Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (preferred)
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care)
or equivalent ( Requirement !)
