About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced barista to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency
Engage with customers in a friendly and personable manner
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Keep the workspace clean and organised, following hygiene and safety standards
Assist with food preparation and service as needed
Operate and maintain coffee machines and other café equipment
Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow staff members
What We’re Looking For:
Prior barista experience
Personable, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
A clean and organised approach to work
Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
A willingness to help out other areas when needed
