The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting recent restaurant opening on Collins Street in July.

We’re now looking for experienced and passionate Grillers to join our opening kitchen team . Full time and part time positions available.

What we’re looking for
At least 2 years of grill experience within a high-volume restaurant workplace
Strong understanding of steak preparation, cookery and consistency
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
Passion for quality food and premium produce
Butchery and dry ageing experience beneficial
High standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety




Excellent time management and attention to detail
Availability across a 7-day rotating roster

Experience within premium steakhouse or charcoal grill environments will be highly regarded.
