Cleanswell Commercial Cleaning is a locally owned, family-run business delivering high-quality commercial cleaning services across the Sunshine Coast. We are currently looking for reliable subcontract cleaners who take pride in their work and want consistent, long-term clients.
This is a great opportunity for experienced cleaners who prefer stable work, respectful clients, and clear expectations rather than unpredictable agency jobs.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at commercial sites including offices, allied health clinics, and skilled spaces.
Typical tasks include:
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
Dusting desks, furniture and surfaces
Emptying bins and replacing liners
Sanitising high-touch areas
Maintaining a professional presentation of client sites
Most cleans take place after business hours or weekends, with consistent weekly schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking cleaners who are:
Reliable and punctual
Detail-focused and take pride in their work
Friendly and professional
Able to work independently
Looking for ongoing, stable work rather than one-off jobs
Looking for teams of 2 or must have backup when required
Requirements
ABN (or willing to obtain one)
Public liability insurance
Cleaning experience preferred
Own transport and driver's licence
Ability to pass basic background checks if required
