[Cook Staff | Part-Time]

We are looking for reliable kitchen staff to join our BOH team. If you have a passion for Japanese cuisine and enjoy working in a rapid-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.

Lunch Service: Mon–Fri / Dinner Service: Thur-Fri
Looking for staff with versatile availability within these hours.

Responsibilities:
Assist with sushi preparation and general kitchen duties
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
Support kitchen operations during service

Requirements:
Prior kitchen experience preferred (sushi experience a bonus)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Pay: $26.50 – $32.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
