About the Role

Easy iCare is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support to a participant in their home and community.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting people with personal care needs, community access, and behaviours of concern. You will play an significant role in promoting the participant's independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support tailored to the participant's individual needs and goals.
Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities.
Support the participant with community access, appointments, shopping, social activities, and recreational activities.
Provide support to individuals who may display behaviours of concern and respond calmly and appropriately to challenging situations.
Follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans and established support strategies.




Assist with household tasks and daily routines as required.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace.
Encourage independence and support the participant to make informed choices.
Complete accurate shift notes and incident reports as required.
Work collaboratively with the participant, family, support team, and other specialists.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
