We’re Looking For A passionate Customer Care Officer to be the welcoming face of our Stockland shopping centre, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences. Based in Merrylands, this is a permanent full -time chance.

What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact at the Customer Care desk, delivering friendly and solutions focused support
Support the Centre Management team with initiatives, activations and marketing campaigns
Manage customer enquiries & feedback with professionalism and care.
Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors and internal teams
Contribute to a welcoming, secure and community focused retail environment

About You

You’re passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and take pride in being the friendly face people remember. You thrive in rapid paced; people focused environments and enjoy building genuine connections with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.





Experience & Skills That Count
Previous experience in a customer service or front facing role
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of customer needs
Solid organisational and administrative capability
Ability to manage feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
Experience working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
