Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Lead and inspire project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
Apply your construction expertise to oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning to handover
Drive a culture of accountability and collaboration across your team
Monitor quality standards and proactively address emerging issues to ensure compliance and excellence
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and identifying key drivers of project success
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Trade qualifications (highly regarded) and/or tertiary education in Construction Management or Engineering (not essential).
Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry, particularly on projects up to $25M
Strong knowledge of construction specific legislation and Codes of Practice
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently
Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders
A down to earth, friendly and qualified approach to your work
