Aussie Seafood House is seeking an experienced, hands-on Store Manager/Operator to run one of our busy Brisbane retail seafood locations. This is a key leadership role for someone who can take ownership of daily operations and uphold the high standards our customers expect from a long-established Queensland seafood business.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the store
Leading, training, and supervising staff
Overseeing seafood preparation, stocking, and merchandising
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
Ordering stock and managing supplier relationships
Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
Managing staff rosters and coordinating casual team members
Ensuring smooth and efficient store performance
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, confident, and self-motivated
Able to run a store independently
Experienced in retail, hospitality,
or seafood (preferred but not essential)
Skilled in supervising and training a small team
Organised with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced workplace
Focused on product quality, presentation, and customer experience
