A leading premium personal watercraft dealership is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This role is suited to an ambitious salesperson who enjoys working with customers, has a passion for achieving targets, and wants to build a rewarding career within a high-performance dealership workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to delivery.
Generate and follow up sales leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Present products professionally and confidently.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Promote accessories, upgrades and related products.
Maintain showroom presentation and inventory displays.
Assist with dealership events, promotions and marketing activities.
Participate in content creation for social media, including videos, customer deliveries and promotional campaigns.





Essential Requirements
Previous sales experience with a proven record of achieving results.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Confidence in negotiating and closing sales.
Highly motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
Skilled presentation and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable appearing in social media and marketing content.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marine, automotive, motorcycle, powersports or other high-value retail sales environments is advantageous.
Knowledge of personal watercraft and boating products is desirable but not essential.

Pay: $24.95 – $41.25 per hour
