We are currently offering a career path opportunity for someone highly motivated to join our newly created restoration team and facility team in Melbourne as a Restoration Technician. Reporting to the Restoration Manager, this role will be responsible for undertaking a variety of commercial and domestic water, mould and fire insurance restoration claims. You will have full exposure to the construction aspect of the business and working side by side with our Construction Supervisors and Construction Estimators. You will also have the full support of our Operations and Claims Management Team.

Your Key Responsibilities
Attend to business hours emergency response, mitigation and clean-up of properties damaged by mould, water and fire
Option to service after hours claims
Initiate, control and complete all restoration works regarding mould, water and fire
Scope preparation and budget estimation
Report writing
Proactive and professional communication




Completing all restoration projects within high standards of quality
Adhere to IICRC standards and guidelines

About You
Prior restoration technician experience
IICRC accreditation not preferred but highly desirable
Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and problem solve
High level of customer service focus
Good computer literacy
A proactive attitude with a high level of initiative, drive, and leadership.
