Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
Manage staff rosters, performance, and team development
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
Work closely with ownership to develop promotions and growth initiatives
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role
Robust leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Sound understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control
