About the role:
You’ll oversee daily operations, lead a friendly team, maintain high service standards, and ensure every customer leaves happier than they arrived.

You’ll be responsible for:
Staff leadership and training
Customer experience and service flow
Ordering, stock control, and supplier management
Rostering and labour management
Maintaining a clean, organised, efficient café
