What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that consistently delight our guests.
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen across various sections.
Assisting with food preparation, mise en place and service.
Ensuring food is presented to the highest standards.
Following food safety, HACCP and hygiene procedures at all times.
Maintaining a clean, organised and productive kitchen.
Working closely with the wider culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
What you'll bring
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
At least 2 years' relevant experience working in a commercial kitchen, hotel or high-volume restaurant.
A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality.
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and work well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
