Civil Engineer

Kenset Construction is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team on a full time basis. This is an excellent prospect to work on a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects while contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and coordinate civil engineering and construction projects.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Develop construction methodologies and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Coordinate site activities, labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress and quality.
Perform structural and geotechnical assessments where required.
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and engineering reports.
Assess design changes and manage project variations.
Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, building regulations, and WHS requirements.
Liaise with clients, architects,



consultants, surveyors, and regulatory authorities.
Identify engineering risks and implement practical technical solutions.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Robust knowledge of civil construction practices and engineering principles.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering design software such as AutoCAD or similar.

Pay: $82,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
