You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of common areas and facilities, including grounds, buildings, and equipment, ensuring a pleasant and functional workplace for residents and visitors
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and restrooms.
Performing routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Maintaining the grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris.
Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and patching walls.
Supervising grounds and managing public, contractors and tradespeople access
