Fast and Curious ELC, Kingswood, is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team.

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will:
Support the implementation of engaging, child-centred programs aligned with the EYLF
Create secure, inclusive and stimulating learning settings
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Contribute to observations, learning documentation and programming
Ensure children's safety, wellbeing and inclusion are at the centre of all practices
Work collaboratively with room leaders and the leadership team to achieve quality outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards) - Graduate Diplomas are not suitable for this position
Sound knowledge of the EYLF,



NQS and child development
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
A solid commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practice
