JM Flooring Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Flooring Installer to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position working on residential flooring projects across the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Southern Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
Install hybrid, laminate, engineered timber and solid hardwood flooring systems.
Install floating and direct-stick flooring systems.
Carry out subfloor preparation, including concrete grinding and floor levelling.
Install flooring to staircases, including stair nosings.
Install skirting boards and finishing trims.
Measure, cut and fit flooring materials accurately.
Complete flooring installations to a high standard.
Perform flooring repairs and replacements when required.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite.
Follow all Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will have:
Experience installing hybrid, laminate, engineered timber and solid hardwood flooring.
Experience with floating and direct-stick flooring systems.
Experience in subfloor preparation,
including concrete grinding and floor levelling.
Experience installing flooring to staircases, stair nosings and skirting boards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
Current Australian White Card.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Willingness to travel to job sites across the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Southern Brisbane.
1 Year minimum experience and qualification preferred

Competitive hourly rate of $80,000 –$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
