Previous Credit or Accounts Receivable experience is preferred but not essential. If you have a willingness to learn, strong customer service skills and an interest in finance, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
About the Role:
This is a customer-focused role where you'll:
Assist customers with account enquiries via phone and email.
Build positive relationships and follow up outstanding accounts.
Allocate customer payments.
Work closely with branches and internal teams to resolve customer enquiries.
Learn credit control processes with ongoing training and support.
Contribute to improving the way we work as our Finance team continues to evolve.
You'll have:
Experience in administration, customer service, accounts or a similar role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
An interest in building a long-term career in finance.
