Job Description
As a BOH staff, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Supporting chefs and other team members during service
Following food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not essential
Basic cooking skills with an understanding of Korean cuisine (training provided)
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented workplace
Valid visa allowing legal work in Australia (e.g., Working Holiday, Student, PR, etc.)
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
