Looking to use your hospitality experience to connect with people and hospitality groups across Australia? JRM Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a driven and people-focused Booking Coordinator to join our Temporary Placements team in Surry Hills. You'll be at the heart of our agency operations, placing hospitality staff, and supporting clients across a busy and growing portfolio.
You'll work with some of Australia's leading hospitality groups, corporate venues, and event teams, placing FOH staff, chefs, baristas, and event personnel into roles every week.
What you'll do
Manage high-volume rostering and shift allocation for casual hospitality staff across a range of clients
Communicate daily with clients and staff to coordinate shift bookings and details.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and staff across hospitality, events, and corporate accounts
Work closely in a team to keep the operation running smoothly
What we're looking for
Experience in hospitality, events,
or a staffing/recruitment agency setting
Solid attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure
Transparent, confident communicator
Solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine sense of urgency
Comfortable working with CRM and rostering systems (full training provided on our tools)
Hours
The role is Monday-Friday, based in our Surry Hills office. All Booking Coordinators also participate in a structured rotating weekend roster.
