Delegating maintenance and cleaning tasks to team members.
Monitor and inspect the safety and cleanliness of the interior and exterior surroundings, such as offices, conference rooms, parking areas and outdoor recreation spaces.
Perform routine inspection and maintenance of the facilities and noting repairs for team members to make repairs as required.
Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other issues for supervisors and other relevant team members.

Pay: $80,001.00 – $100,000.00 per year
