Anytime Fitness is a global 24-hour health and fitness franchise now hiring proactive and passionate Membership Consultants for our Gold Coast Club, due to exciting upcoming business growth.
As a Membership Consultant you will be a crucial member of the team, engaging and attracting current members to the club and liaising with current members. Regardless of your position with us, you will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives!
We are looking for:
A dynamic, outgoing personality
Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential — we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it!
Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card
Key tasks:
Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreach
Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand
Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency
Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract recent members
