Outdoor Oasis Gardens: Northern Beaches

Outdoor Oasis Gardens is a growing, plant-focused garden business based on the Northern Beaches. We work across high-quality residential gardens and operate our own nursery, allowing us to deliver strong plant outcomes and real horticultural depth.

We’re looking for a horticulturist or gardener who values quality work, enjoys autonomy, and wants to keep developing their skills within a structured, supportive team.

About the role

You’ll be working across established residential gardens on the Northern Beaches, with a strong focus on plant health, pruning, soil care, and long-term garden performance.

This role offers genuine independence. Once trained, you’ll be trusted to manage your own runs, make decisions on-site, and take ownership of the quality of your work.

You’ll also have exposure to our nursery and benefit from shared plant knowledge within the business.

What we’re looking for
Experience in horticulture, gardening, nursery work, or landscaping
Robust interest in plants and ongoing learning
Comfortable working independently and making decisions on-site
Reliable, organised,



and proud of high-quality work
Valuable communication skills
Driver’s licence required

Formal qualifications are welcome but not essential.
