Join Shadforth, one of Queensland’s largest family-owned civil contractors with over 50 years in the industry. We deliver projects that shape communities – and we’re looking for a Survey Technician or Surveyor to join our growing team in Bundaberg.

Work across a variety of projects from subdivisions and infrastructure to community works and road construction. You’ll provide accurate survey data, support project teams, and play a key role in ensuring quality delivery.

What You’ll Do
Undertake surveying and set-out tasks across a range of civil construction projects
Operate up-to-date survey equipment and software
Manage survey data, calculations, and quality checks
Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and project managers

What We’re Looking For




Experience in civil or construction surveying
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Confident using survey instruments/software (Trimble, GPS, AutoCAD, 12D)
A team player with a proactive attitude
