Are you an energetic people person who thrives in a fun, quick-paced setting? We're looking for a Part-Time Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.

As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day venue operations, leading the team during busy shifts, and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. You'll also take charge of our functions, corporate events, and competition nights, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
Supervising the venue during shifts and supporting the team.
Running golf competitions, private functions, and corporate events.
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Opening and closing the venue.
Assisting with staff training and ensuring high service standards.
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised venue.
Working closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has an outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
Enjoys engaging with customers and creating a fun atmosphere.




Has solid leadership and communication skills.
Can stay calm and organised in a rapid-paced environment.
Is reliable, proactive, and takes initiative.
Is available to work evenings and weekends.
Has previous hospitality or customer service experience (supervisory experience is highly regarded).
Holds a current Food Handler Certificate.
Holds a current Approved Manager Certificate.

Golf knowledge is preferred but not essential—we're happy to teach the right person who has a great attitude and is eager to learn.
