MiMi Eatery is a brand new cafe opening in Bentleigh and we’re looking for experienced baristas who are passionate about coffee and thrive in a fast-paced café workplace.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years barista experience in a busy café
Confident working solo or in a team during peak periods
Excellent milk texturing and latte art
Great workflow and speed without compromising quality
Friendly, energetic and reliable
Available for weekend shifts
Assist in training
