Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee a team of 5–6 employees at their Bringelly factory.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the steel reinforcement fabrication team.
Manage the production of cut and bent reinforcement steel, prefabricated reinforcement cages, and delivery scheduling.
Read and interpret construction plans to assist with steel scheduling and production requirements.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high quality standard.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team while managing performance and resolving workplace issues.
Enforce WHS policies and maintain a secure working workplace.
Coordinate workflow, troubleshoot production issues, and minimise downtime.
Communicate clearly with staff regarding daily tasks, priorities, and production goals.





Essential Requirements:
Previous supervisory or management experience within the steel reinforcement, fabrication, or manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including cut and bend, prefabrication, and reinforcement products.
Excellent understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage production targets, quality control, and team performance.

Location: Bringelly, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (8-hour shifts).

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
